Outer Ring is a simple and minimalist one-touch reflex game. Try to avoid the rings hitting the blockers on the outside by tapping to rotate the blockers. Rings spawn from the center faster over time, so you need to be careful but quick. Last as long as you can for a higher score, which is also submitted to GameCenter if you choose to enable it.
